Carol uses free range eggs from Larberry and sources ingredients as locally and ethically as possible, meaning her cakes are full of great ingredients. Carol can bake to specific requirements and is proud to offer nut-free and gluten-free baking. So whether it´s a yummy sticky toffee pudding; a rich, moist fruit cake; or something special you can´t find elsewhere, Carol is baking up a treat, relatively guilt free!

A regular stall holder at local Farmers´ Markets, she will bake to order for delivery to specific markets.
